Is a terrifying and infuriating place. I just want Rice-a-Roni, Diet Dr.Pepper, and Hot Wheels.

I went to self checkout to avoid people, but they decided to switch lanes off. I then had to deal with an employee who couldn’t fix the lane telling me I couldn’t use the other lane over and over again (I wasn’t trying to, I was waiting patiently). Trying to convey that you understand won’t help when you know that your IQ is probably literally twice that of the person you’re dealing with.

I almost disagree, but I have some patience for check out people because I used to work at a grocery store, and the checkers have to deal with the stupid customers.

I'd rather deal with one person at the check out then a store full of customers.

I try to be very friendly and patient with people in any situation. Which is why it really bothers me when they’re aggressive towards me for no reason whatsoever.

It’s okay, to make you feel like you are not alone I googled pictures of people of Walmart. I am now equally parts disgusted, horrified and confused. Working on the second bottle of bleach now and probably will have to get my third bottle. I feel eternally unclean.

I mean, somebody has got to work at Walmart, I just don’t like it when they’re aggressive. I do laugh at the fashion choices sometimes too though.

I got as far away from checkout as I could when I worked in retail. Being on the floor straightening things and checking the back room is much less stressful, and if you do your job “Yeah let me take you to that lightbulb you’re looking for... Here they are, perhaps you’d consider LED? It lasts longer.” people think you're doing them some kind of massive solid. Do your job at checkouts and EVERYONE is on your shit

I took a CWP class yesterday, and every time the instructor gave an example of shit going down, it was at Walmart.
